Through our Eagle Referral Network (ERN), we connect business owners in an online directory and teach them how to leverage referral teams to expand their customer base and achieve lasting financial freedom.

About the Role

We are seeking an outgoing, motivated Membership Director to serve as a key sales and marketing partner. In this hands-on, relationship-focused role, you will help small business owners and new entrepreneurs navigate today's evolving digital economy by connecting them with the network, leads, and resources they need to thrive.

You will work directly with our founders to grow our business directory, host webinars, and cultivate an active, supportive local network.

What You’ll Do

• Connect & Prospect: Reach out to local business owners via calls, emails, networking events, and personal introductions.
• Present Value: Explain membership benefits, answer questions, and invite business owners to live webinars or in-person presentations.
• Guide & Onboard: Consistently follow up with interested prospects, guide them through enrollment, and welcome new members.
• Build Relationships: Foster long-term connections that drive member renewals, referrals, and active community participation.
• Host Events: Help organize and promote networking events, workshops, and webinars.
• Manage Pipeline: Keep contacts, follow-up notes, and membership activity organized using our company systems.

Compensation & Growth Paths

This is an independent partner/contractor role with a 90-day guaranteed base during your initial training and territory development period. After 90 days, you will have access to profit-sharing and equity opportunities.

We offer two distinct growth paths:

• Option 1: Regional Membership Director — Build and manage your assigned local territory with a high commission structure, monthly/quarterly bonuses, profit-sharing after 90 days, and an option for equity after one year.
• Option 2: Statewide Membership Director — Advance to recruit, hire, and train Membership Directors and Referral Agents across Arizona, earning team-based commissions, bonuses, profit-sharing, and equity opportunities.

Our structure offers the opportunity to build a lasting, generational income (guided by Proverbs 13:11 and 13:22).

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales experience in sales, business development, membership recruitment, non-profits, or ministry.
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, phone, and written communication skills.
• Relationship Builder: Natural ability to connect with people, ask for the sale, and follow up with integrity.
• Field Availability: Ability to work from home and dedicate 3–4 hours per day (3 days/week) to out-in-the-community outreach in the Phoenix area.
• Meetings: Willingness to attend weekly training at the home office for the first 30 days (transitioning online thereafter) and monthly executive team meetings.
• Alignment: Sincere appreciation for our faith-centered, patriotic mission and commitment to supporting small business owners.
• Bonus: Background with Chambers of Commerce, networking groups, business directories, or community organizations is a major plus!
