on:Drive the Patient Health Value strategy within Global Project Teams (GPTs) to establish strong and ambitious Patient-Informed Target Value Propositions (TVPs) that influence development strategi
es.• As part of the R&D development transformation, support the evolution from Target Product Profiles (TPPs) to Target Value Propositions (TVPs), with health value incorporated as a strategic objective for integrated, patient-centered evidence generati
on.• Ensure that a clear Patient Relevant Information (PRI) strategy, developed in collaboration with GPTs, Patient-Informed Development, and HVT, is utilized in building TVPs and that appropriate patient studies are conducted to generate the required insigh
ts.• Encourage teams to incorporate new data sources and methodologies (including digital technologies and artificial intelligence) into upstream evidence generation to strengthen TVPs as a core objective of the integrated evidence generation pl
an.
Within the Patient-Informed Development & HVT department, lead Therapeutic Area (TA) workstreams and ensure coordinated access to P&HV capabilities. This leadership and strategic role supports the transformation of development toward a patient-centered evidence generation strategy, guided by Patient Health Value, to deliver impactful and differentiated value propositions for patients at launch and throughout the product lifecy

king.• Represent the P&HV department at the GPT l
evel.• From M2 through Ph3, develop patient-informed TVP and PRI strategies in partnership with HEVA, Market Access, and Medical. Ensure patient-related insights are generated and available to support DWG, TARC, and IDCC decision-making for all development proj
ects.• Enable and coordinate GPT cross-functional workstreams, involving the appropriate functions, to iden

CPs).
Use these insights to build value-added patient-informed TVPs and translate them into trial designs and evidence generation programs for inclusion in the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (
IEGP).• Coordinate integrated patient evidence generation to support
TVPs.• Partner closely with Patient Engagement and Patient Relevant Insights & Outcomes leads to create patient-centered evidence generation strategies that strengthen Patient-Informed Target Value Propositions and identify regulatory opportunities for PRO/PED inclusion in lab

TVPs.• Collaborate with Patient Engagement and Patient Relevant Insights & Outcomes leads to develop patient-centered evidence generation strategies that inform and enhance Patient-Informed Target Value Propositions and identify opportunities for PRO/PED inclusion in l
abels.• Promote the integration of new methods and technologies within Global Project Teams by leveraging expert functions to demonstrate patient health value. This includes identifying questions that support TVPs through patient preference, satisfaction, quality studies, real-world data sources, modeling, predictive analytics (machine learning, natural language processing), prognostic factor identification (population selection), and response predi
ction.• Strengthen PRI strategies by expanding beyond PROs to broader Patient Relevant Information, including digital approaches, using appropriate research insights and methodologies delivered through patient-centric expert groups. These may include concept elicitation, patient preference studies, patient surveys, social media listening, care delivery experience assessments, and drug delivery device usage studies. Ensure patient-relevant endpoints are incorporated into Phase 3 programs and that patient insights gathered by Patient Engagement leads are readily accessible to
GPTs.• Lead agile, cross-functional, therapeutically aligned workstreams to ensure TVP and PRI strategies are delivered to GPTs and influence development strategies and decision-m
