Shift: 07am to 3:30pm (M-F)

“Demand Planner I" - Job Description
- Extract and analyze data from SAP and other sources to produce weekly reports:
- On-Time Delivery.
- Backlog and Capacity.
- Sales Order Backlog.
- Planned vs. Confirmed Manufacturing Hours.
- Inventory Research.
- Maintain shared Excel workbooks and update from emails, SharePoint, MS Project, and meetings.
- Enter and manage data in Team Guru for management reporting.
- Partner with Continuous Improvement team to support PFEP (Plan for Every Part) implementation.
- Host meetings (Teams/In-Person) to gather inputs and refine processes.
- Support AI/LLM test planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred.
- 4-year degree or 4 years relevant experience.
- On-site role (minimal hybrid flexibility after onboarding).
“Demand Planner II" - Job Description
- Reschedule and release production orders in SAP.
- Coordinate paperwork output with Document Control for prioritization.
- Ensure timely availability of manufacturing documentation by supporting creation of build books.
- Collaborate with SIOP on long-range forecasting.
- Coordinate outsourcing to third parties and sister sites.
- Attend internal kickoff and baseline meetings.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred.
- 4-year degree or 4 years relevant experience.
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
