Schedule: Full Time, 12 HR Day Shift,
POSITION SUMMARY Accurately set up food service for catering events and serve guest. Knowledge of proper serving etiquette. Clean tables and properly dispose of waste. Keeping equipment and area maintained and clean. Notify supervisor when supplies need to be ordered. Assist in other areas when needed. Follows local health and proper food handling procedures. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES High school diploma preferred. Ability to read, write, and perform simple math. Professional appearance. Ability to deal with the public in a courteous and tactful manner. Knowledge and requirements of safe and sanitary food handing. Shows reasonable speed in performance of duties. Able to tolerate stress and attend to task/function with frequent interruptions. Able to remember multiple task/assignments given for a full shift. Able to organize work to meet scheduled serving times. ; Respond to changes in workload as necessary and use time productively. Able to deal with public in courteous manner, maintain a very neat appearance. Must have ability to work on your own, assess situations, consider alternative and choose appropriate course of action. Reliability is a must.
