We are a growing, locally owned carpet cleaning company looking for a dependable, hardworking Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, great customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Clean carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, and other floor surfaces
- Operate professional truck-mounted and portable cleaning equipment
- Perform pre-inspections and recommend appropriate cleaning services
- Move light furniture as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Keep equipment and company vehicle clean and well maintained
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous carpet cleaning, restoration, janitorial, flooring, or related experience
- Mechanical experience or strong mechanical aptitude (automotive, diesel, HVAC, equipment repair, maintenance, farming equipment, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on cleaning equipment
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
