Primary Responsibilities
- Correspond with potential and current patients regarding surgical procedures
- Schedule consultations, pre-op appointments, and surgery
- Educate patients on surgical procedures and answer questions they may have
- Document consultations in EMR
- Act as a resource for patients from initial correspondence to surgery day
- Accurately track consultation outcomes and manage surgery schedule
- Assist patients with securing financing
