POSITION Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
LOCATION Atlanta, GA (On-site 4 days/week)

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 5 years of Organizational Change Management experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across leadership, business teams, and vendors.
- Experience creating communication plans, readiness assessments, and adoption strategies.
- Ability to identify change impacts and mitigate organizational adoption risks.
- Experience supporting HR, Procurement, Workforce Management, or VMS implementations.
- Knowledge of contractor lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and governance.
- Prosci certification preferred with strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Salary : $60 - $63
