Business Development Manager – Key Processes

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the music industry and a deep understanding of copyright processes and royalty management. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional (English and Spanish) who thrives in a remote work environment and has a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities within the music and entertainment sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Navigate and manage processes related to copyrights, royalties, and licensing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Represent the company at industry events and during business trips.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Location: Based in the USA (ideal), with preference for candidates in Los Angeles, New York, or Miami.
- Language: Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in business development or sales within the music industry.
- Strong knowledge of copyright and royalty processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary.
