- Manage contractor relationships and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring effective support for new division expansion and development projects.
- Perform repair/preventative maintenance of equipment in a manufacturing environment and troubleshoot and repair electric, air systems, and hydraulic mechanical systems
- Help set up new machines implement upgrades to support the manufacturing process and maintain all plant electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanic drives and power transmission equipment and perform pump repair and pipe fitting as required.
- Work with General Manager and Project Managers to meet deadlines.
- Degree in Maintenance Engineering or 8 plus years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in Manufacturing.
- Ability to pass nationwide background check and drug screen.
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
