Equipment Reliability Technician (Mechanical and Electrical)

Imagine walking the floor at shift start: you verify PMs in the CMMS, confirm spare parts availability for an upcoming rebuild, then answer a call to restore a pneumatic circuit. Moments later, you are testing a combustion system and validating an electronic control repair. Protect equipment reliability and facility uptime by combining disciplined preventive maintenance with sharp troubleshooting and precise repair.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to sustain efficient, reliable operation of all equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, combustion, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Install, assemble, rebuild, and repair equipment; support facilities infrastructure needs end to end.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to verify repair quality.
• Participate in projects and planning events; work directly with suppliers and lead contracting activities.
• Leverage a Computerized Maintenance Management System for work orders, documentation, and parts control.
• Identify, specify, and manage spare and replacement parts.
• Engage in and lead training while actively supporting EHS, Human Performance, and company or department objectives.

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician capacity.

• Shift and weekend availability required.
• Holiday and emergency coverage required.
