What we’ll like about you:
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Current Mississippi license or eligible upon graduation
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
- Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written
- First-year employment guarantee of $200,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production
- Second-year earning 30% of adjusted production
- Sign-on bonus of $15,000
- Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
- Annual CE Budget of $2,500; extensive in-house CE program.
