Front Office Associate – First Point of Contact

Pay: $19 - 26 / hr.

Schedule

Mon - Thurs 6:25 - 1:45 ; Friday or every other Friday 6:25 - 12:00

or

Mon - Thurs 8:30 - 1:45 ; Friday or every other Friday: 6:25 to 12:00

What You’ll Do: 

• Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process.
• Answer phone calls, confirming appointments, and follow up with patients as needed.
• Schedule appointments, discuss small treatment plans, verify insurance, and collect payments. 
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality, an organized and professional front desk environment .
  
  

 

 

What You Need: 

• Experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred, but not required - we are willing to train a great candidate with the desire to learn.
• Comfortable with dental practice software and multitasking 
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to consistently provide positive first impressions
