About the Position:

What we’ll like about you:
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Current Virginia license or eligible upon graduation
- Current CPR and BLS certifications, DEA license
- Excellent chairside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- First-year employment guarantee of $200,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
- Second-year earning = 30% of production
- Sign-on bonus of $15,000
- Eligible for Pathway to Partnership
- Eligible for full benefits
- Malpractice Insurance covered
- Licensure and DEA covered
- ADA and State dues covered
- Annual CE Budget of $2500; extensive in-house CE program.
- Internal programs, covering multiple specialties and subjects
- Mentorship program
- Autonomous clinical practice with administrative assistance
