Our company is seeking a Director of Project Management who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal projects and initiatives across sg360. This role supports the management team by ensuring key business priorities, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Works cross-functionally to align teams, track progress, and provide visibility into project outcomes for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sg360's management team to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination between departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular updates and presentations for leadership, summarizing status, challenges, and recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements, new systems, or organizational initiatives.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scope and complexity.
- Drive accountability across teams to meet commitments and deliver results.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
- PMP or other project management certification preferred.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional business projects or strategic initiatives.
- Experience in a manufacturing, printing, or marketing services environment a plus.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced organization.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Travel: Minimal local travel may be required for meeting, trainings, and/or other business-related purposes.
