Senior Recruitment Consultant

We’re small, high-output, and quality-driven. This role is our first hire, making it one of the most important decisions we’ll make as a business.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to help build something from the ground up - with that said, it's not right for everyone. It will be will full start-up mode, hard-work but big payouts for top performers.

As our first Recruiter, you’ll work side-by-side with the founder, owning searches end-to-end and helping shape how SG Talent operates - from delivery standards to tooling, process, and candidate/client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build your own desk and long-term client relationships
• Own end-to-end searches across high-growth technology and AI companies
• Source and engage senior-level talent
• Build strong candidate relationships through thoughtful, high-quality outreach
• Partner closely with Founders, CROs, Heads of Talent and other senior leaders
• Run tight, high-output recruitment processes with a focus on quality over volume
• Help shape SG Talent’s processes, tools, and ways of working as we scale
