Sales Team Member Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person with AT&T product selections; answer questions and address concerns with accurate, helpful information
- Provide AT&T recommendations tailored to individual customer needs
- Upsell and cross‑sell AT&T products and services to increase customer value and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Team Members and other departments to develop sales strategies and best practices
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge—including new promotions, service features, and devices
- Adhere to company compliance and privacy guidelines when handling customer information
- Walk customers through the full sales process to ensure a consistent and positive brand experience
Sales Team Member Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is strongly preferred
- Friendly, personable, and able to build rapport with customers easily
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to explain features and benefits clearly
- Positive attitude, resilience, and good problem‑solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable scheduling and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
