Essential Functions of the Entry Level Sales Coordinator
- Proactively engage with customers in-person to understand their unique communication needs and present tailored AT&T product solutions.
- Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales quotas by successfully guiding clients through the entire sales process for AT&T services and devices.
- Become an expert in the latest AT&T offerings, including wireless plans, fiber internet, TV services, and smart home technology..
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to service activation, billing, and technical support with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions using the designated CRM system.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to stay current on market trends and internal sales strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive, high-energy sales environment and share best practices for closing deals.
Abilities and Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Coordinator
