Sales Director
Introduction:
We are looking for a Sales Director for our Capital Markets division in the US. The Sales Director will be responsible for growing our operations in the US, targeting hedge funds, asset managers, wealth management firms, institutional brokerages, and sell-side firms.
Responsibilities:
- Positioning SG Analytics’ services to a C-level audience and creating a compelling value proposition
- Running high-quality sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure
- Coordinating with delivery teams to create compelling solutions
- Developing and executing the Go To Market strategy in the US
- Proposing solutions to key executive leadership for identified business problems
- Managing client proposals, including solutions, project plans, staffing, and pricing models
- Leading contract negotiations and ensuring pricing aligns with company targets
- Identifying new trends in business and collaborating with leadership
- Overseeing initiatives to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Managing client relationships and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Allocating resources to ensure accounts have appropriate staffing
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and engaging key contacts at clients
- Coaching and guiding the fulfilment team throughout the sales process
