SFX Installation, Inc. is a laboratory furniture and equipment installation contractor serving clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We are seeking experienced Journeyman Installers to join our growing team serving New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Primary Responsibilities
Install laboratory furniture and equipment, including but not limited to:
- Fixed and mobile laboratory casework
- Fume hoods
- Snorkels and laboratory service fixtures
- Associated laboratory equipment and accessories
Additional responsibilities include:
- Unloading, staging, and organizing materials
- Reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications
- Installing materials in accordance with manufacturer requirements and project documents
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Working collaboratively with project supervisors and other trades to complete projects efficiently
Physical Requirements
- Stand and work for extended periods
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Safely handle tools, equipment, and construction materials
Qualifications
- Previous commercial installation or finish carpentry experience required
- OSHA 30 certification required prior to working on project sites
- NYC SST Card required for New York City projects
- Ability to pass project-specific background checks and drug screenings when required
- Commitment to following all site safety requirements and SFX Installation company policies
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

- Maryland
- Virginia
- West Virginia
Some overnight travel may be required depending on project location.
