We’re seeking a Video Marketing Specialist to produce engaging, professional-quality videos that highlight our projects, people, and process. From concept to completion, you’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and optimizing content for YouTube, social media, and our website.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, film, and edit video content for social media, advertising, and web use.
- Develop a content strategy that supports marketing goals — lead generation, recruitment, and brand storytelling.
- Capture job sites, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Create short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos (project features, brand stories).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and visual quality.
- Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategy for engagement and reach.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- A creative eye for lighting, framing, and motion.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in construction, home improvement, or trades content.
