REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION LEVEL: |
High school diploma |

EXPERIENCE DESIRED: |
Minimum 3 months experience |

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: |
This position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds. Frequent bending, hand-eye coordination, mind-eye coordination, hearing, stooping, speaking, walking, removing, reaching and grasping are required. Ability to drive a vehicle is required. Post-offer drug screening and physical (funded by the District) required prior to starting position. |

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: |
Valid South Dakota driver’s license and proof of insurance. Ability to lift 50 pounds. |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
- Loads and unloads food and supplies.
- Drives truck to deliver food and supplies, or fill with fuel.
- Assists with set-up of serving line; serves food.
- Gathers dirty trays, containers and garbage.
- Dumps garbage barrels, flattens boxes, transfers dirty items to dish room, and sanitizes truck.
- Keeps truck filled with fuel.
- Adheres to District guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

PAY INFORMATION
Level GX, starting at $19.59 per hour
Please note, this is based on the 2025-26 salary schedule. 2026-27 salary schedule coming soon!
Pay Day: Last working day of each month, based on the payroll cutoff schedule.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
0.8125 FTE, 32.5 hours per week, 9 months
