- Actively supports and represents the SFS brand
Principal Duties
- Contributes to a good work climate and teamwork
- Follows the QES (Quality, Environmental, Safety) standards
- Follows HR policies
- Actively participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
- Actively participate to achieve the defined MbOs
- Is committed to further pursuing training
- Is committed to cleanliness, preventive maintenance and proper use of assigned equipment
- Follows applicable work instructions and guidelines located in BMS
- Understands and works by production paperwork / data entry
- Actively prevents and detects potential quality problems
- Actively communicates with Group Leader
- Works with Group Leader to maintain a high delivery service level
- Understands and performs material handling tasks
- Has detailed knowledge of assigned equipment and operates it with highest efficiency
