Responsibilities- Perform drywall work and painting for unit turn projects.
- Install vinyl flooring as part of unit turns.
- Complete electrical and plumbing work as part of the unit turn crew.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to complete unit turn tasks.
- Experience and proficiency in drywall, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and vinyl flooring installation.
- A motivated, hardworking, and dependable approach to work.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
$20–$22 per hour, based on experience. Paid biweekly.
