Role Description This full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role is based in Knoxville, TN. The position is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory by visiting existing and prospective customers, understanding their fluid power needs, and presenting engineered solutions that align with SFP’s product and service offerings. Daily activities include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The role also involves collaborating with internal engineering and customer support teams, preparing quotes and proposals, tracking sales activities in a CRM system, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing SFP professionally in the field.
