Overview
As the Sales Floor Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance, and seamless day-to-day execution on the sales floor. You will lead and develop budtenders, supervisors, and guest service team members while supporting company initiatives, promotions, and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Develops strong, engaged, and high-performing team members
- Supports achievement of store sales and operational goals
- Maintains compliance and inventory accuracy

- Serve as Manager on Duty when required and support all aspects of store operations
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in overseeing daily dispensary operations and ensuring smooth store performance
- Assist with driving sales growth through effective floor leadership, customer engagement, and team coaching
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members to maintain a knowledgeable and customer-focused staff
- Provide leadership and support to supervisors, leads, and budtenders during daily operations
- Assist with inventory management, including
- work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily dispensary operations, support staff performance, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, achieving sales goals, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture

- POS & Technology Proficiency: Experience with Dutchie, Alpine IQ, inventory systems, or similar retail management platforms
- Team Development: Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues effectively
- Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- QualificationsMinimum of 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing inventory, cash handling, and daily retail operations
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
