Sforzo | Dillingham | Stewart Orthopedics Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our physician-owned, patient-centered orthopedic practice. This position is designed for a therapist who values individualized care, manageable patient volumes, and the opportunity to work closely with orthopedic physicians and other rehabilitation professionals.
Our model allows therapists to focus on delivering high-quality care without group therapy sessions or managing multiple patients at the same time.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on their orthopedic conditions and functional goals.
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Work collaboratively with our orthopedic physicians, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients on their conditions, home exercise programs, and strategies for continued recovery.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record.
- Help provide an attentive, professional, and supportive experience throughout each patient’s rehabilitation journey.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Florida Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to individualized, patient-centered orthopedic care
- Working knowledge of Strata and ModMed EMA or other EHR applications is preferred
