Our Bartenders are hospitality professionals who create exceptional beverage experiences while delivering warm, attentive service. This role requires technical skill, product knowledge, efficiency, and the ability to build genuine connections with every guest.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced upscale dining environment.

Full-time team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance.  A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits.  Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment.  The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of bartending experience in an upscale, fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, and responsible alcohol service
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with exceptional emotional intelligence
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier dining establishment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
