Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Carlos, CA, with two openings for Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Position. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading electrical products to customer locations, verifying orders, maintaining delivery documentation, and representing the company with professional customer-facing communication. This position could also handle receiving, organizing, and storing inventory; preparing orders for shipment; operating warehouse equipment; and assisting with quality checks to ensure accuracy and product condition. Both roles support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and stock replenishment, and may assist with basic facility upkeep. Team members collaborate closely with sales, techs / production and leadership to meet order timelines and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused mindset, with solid Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience with Forklift Operation and safe material handling practices in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
- Exposure to Sales or related roles, with comfort supporting order accuracy and interactions that contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Food & Beverage or similar fast-paced service environments can be beneficial for time management and teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for Delivery Driver roles; ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting and moving equipment safely.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures consistently.
- Basic computer skills for using inventory or shipping systems; prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
