Job Description

The Business development role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth. This position will collaborate with internal teams to understand the company’s offerings and align strategies to target key markets and industries.

Essential Job Functions

The list below describes general duties and responsibilities but is not limited to:

· Opportunity identification. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.

· Client relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

· Strategic planning. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.

· Market research. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.

· Sales strategy. Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.

· Partnership development. Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.

· Reporting and analysis. Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Job Requirements


Education and Experience:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Proven experience in business development or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, market analysis tools, and business development platforms.
  • Experience working in the service industry is preferred.
  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required

Availability Requirements:

  • Management team members should maintain a flexible schedule to support business needs and ensure smooth operations.


Pre-Employment Requirements:


  • Candidate must pass a pre-employment screening including Level II Background Check and drug test.
  • Reliable transportation and valid Drivers' License.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle.
