Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
- Total Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually (with performance bonuses and incentives)
- Bonus Plan: Annual performance bonus (up to 20% of base), quarterly incentives, and project/expansion bonuses.

Operational Leadership
- Manage day-to-day operations of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and access control projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, market growth, and service expansion.
- Hire, train, and mentor supervisors and technicians.
- Set clear performance goals and foster a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.
- Support professional development and technical training across all service areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and support long-term client partnerships.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement and timely delivery of materials.
- Identify opportunities for new services, geographic expansion, and technology improvements.
- Partner with executive leadership to increase revenue growth, customer retention, and project delivery success.
Required Experience
- Proven management and leadership experience in a field services, mechanical, or facilities-related industry.
- Strong background in managing technical trades (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Demonstrated success with operational efficiency, project delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Experience with the implementation and management of field service software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, project management) are a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
