This individual will play an important part in leading the order fulfillment team by ensuring the picking, processing, and inbound/outbound auditing is processed within client SLAs.Warehouse Lead Schedule & Pay:1st shift (8:00am-5:00pm)Starting between $18.00-20.00 DOEContract to Hire PositionsFor a quick response & interview please text the word (LEAD) to 310.994.8223Warehouse Lead Job Duties:Oversee the training and cross-training of team membersLead and delegate a variety of order fulfillment tasks while working within SLACollaborate with the Supervisor by planning labor requirements based on forecast and direction from the Client Services team or upper managementPicking, packing, scanning, tagging along with other general warehouse dutiesReceiving containers physically and systematically ensuring that all data entered is correct.Assist with monthly billing reports for accounts.Ability to manage multiple accounts throughout the warehouseWork alongside other floor lead and Ops. Supervisor to effectively complete all orders pertaining to all accounts in building.Knowledge of UPS, FEDEX, & USPS shipping.Ability to Following safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP)Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition always.· Communicate effectively within the team, between shifts, departments and management (safety, quality, logistics) to address issues. Warehouse Lead Experience:Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and understanding of 3PL.Ability to multitask and delegate workflow.Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented.Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently.Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
