Account Executive / Outside Sales –

What You'll Do • Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email, social selling, and in-person visits. • Schedule and conduct meetings with hiring managers, HR professionals, and business owners. • Identify client hiring needs and recommend customized staffing solutions. • Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms. • Partner with recruiters to ensure successful placements. • Grow existing accounts while continually developing new business opportunities. • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software. • Meet and exceed weekly activity goals and monthly sales objectives. • Represent Staffinders professionally throughout the Cleveland market.
What We're Looking For • 2 years of outside B2B sales experience. • Proven track record of developing new business. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
