Summary
We’re contracting licensed agents specializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, ACA Marketplace, and/or Life Insurance (Final Expense). If you’re looking for high commission payouts, true independence, and real support — without quotas or scripts — this role is for you. As an independent agent with NCC, you are in charge but never alone. Our dedicated service model helps our insurance agents grow their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Educate and enroll clients in Medicare, ACA health plans, and life insurance.
- Provide personalized consultations, not high-pressure sales.
- Lead generation strategies to help you grow your business.
- Manage your own schedule, follow-ups, and compliance.
- Leverage free quoting tools, CRM, and plan finders.
- Stay updated on CMS guidelines and ACA regulations (training available).
Qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (any U.S. state)
- 2 years of experience in:
- Medicare Advantage or Supplements
- ACA Health Plans
- Term, Whole, or Final Expense Life Insurance
- Independent agent or agency (not a call center or captive)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated and organized
