Client Service & Retention Agent (Remote, 1099)
Pay: $19.50/hour commission
Job Type: Contract (1099)
Location: Remote (U.S. only), TN resident preferred
One of our independent Medicare-focused agencies is seeking a tech-savvy Client Service & Retention Agent to support senior clients with high-quality service, retention outreach, and Medicare policy sales. This is a fully remote independent contractor position with total income potential between $60,000 to $70,000.
What You’ll Do
- Provide caring, personalized service to existing clients
- Make outbound retention and service calls
- Answer inbound client calls and resolve issues
- Educate clients on Medicare plans and coverage
- Sell Medicare-related policies (MA, MS, PDP, hospital indemnity, etc.)
- Process applications and maintain accurate CRM records
- Work provided leads and existing book of business on an LOA basis
- Track policies, manage documents, and handle client communications
- Support webinars, seminars, and occasional client events
- Work independently and meet goals

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- Active Life & Health license AHIP certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong computer proficiency
- Professional phone voice
- Excellent English communication
Preferred
- Medicare or insurance experience
- Experience working with seniors
- Client service or administrative experience
- 1099 or entrepreneurial background
