Temporary talent acquisition roles involve sourcing, screening, and hiring staff on a contract basis to meet urgent hiring needs, special projects, or seasonal demand.

You Will:

• Manage job postings on various job boards and company website.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist in creating and distributing job offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Perform data entry and tracking of candidate information in applicant tracking system.
  
  

You Have:

• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms and tools.
  
  

Compensation:

$19/hr.
