The Policy Analyst I will communicate by phone, email, and written correspondence with our external customers who may include our:
Insureds, Agents, Administrative Assistants, mortgages, lienholders, and other departments.
Essential Functions:
Analyze policies for accuracy and enter data for applications, changes, cancellations, non-renewals, renewals, audits and reinstatements.
Respond to questions and inquiries from agents, insureds, claims adjusters, and lienholders.
Manually rate manual lines policies to derive the correct rate for each transaction.
Input policy declarations and endorsements for manual lines policies.
High School Diploma required.
Must have good data entry skills.
