If you love fashion and helping other people feel good, we are the place for you. Located in West Portal, San Francisco, we are a locally owned and operated business. PT/FT available, must be able to work minimum 2-3 full days per week and have weekend availability. We are open M-S 11am-7pm & Sunday 11-6. Be prepared to have fun, be appreciated and work hard!
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain excellent customer service
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our brand partners and product information
- Develop and maintain a customer base, clienteling, personal styling and special orders
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Master our POS inventory/customer service software
- Help check in and process new merchandise
- Assist visual merchandising, social media and store cleaning
- Communicate ideas and feedback that improves the client experience and employee satisfaction.
- Clean and organize the sales floor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Hard working, positive and reliable
- Love for fashion and helping others
- Familiarity with Shopify, Word and Excel desired but not required
- Social Media experience/interest helpful
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Able to lift 50 pounds
