Per Diem Floater – Commercial Cleaning (Saratoga Area)
SF Janitorial is a family-owned commercial cleaning company based in Saratoga, and we’re looking for a dependable per diem Floater to cover shifts across several of our client locations as needed. This role is for someone who’s flexible, learns fast, and can be counted on to show up wherever they’re needed.
Schedule:
- Per diem, as-needed position with no set schedule, but would always be after 5:00pm
- Shifts come up when regular staff are out, so hours vary week to week
- Must be able to pick up shifts on short notice
What you’ll do:
- Cover shifts at different client sites when regular staff are out
- Step into a new site and get up to speed quickly using the site checklist in our workforce app
- Do a final walk-through before leaving each shift
- Clock in and out correctly through the app at every location
- Keep management updated on supplies, issues, or anything that needs attention
What we’re looking for:
- Reliability above all else. When we call, we need to know you’ll be there
- Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience required
- Quick learner who can walk into an unfamiliar site and get it done right
- Flexible availability and comfortable with a changing schedule
- Ability to work independently without needing reminders
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable transportation required, since you’ll be traveling between sites
