Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to support and grow our Amazon logistics business. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within Amazon, particularly in logistics, supply chain, transportation procurement, or global logistics, with strong relationships and connections across relevant Amazon teams.
Position Summary
The Amazon Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing the Amazon account, developing relationships with key Amazon stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. The role works closely with Yanmin, Marvin, and internal Operations, Solutions, Product, and Sales teams to support customer satisfaction, account growth, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage assigned Amazon relationships and serve as a key point of contact for Amazon stakeholders.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon procurement, logistics, transportation, and supply chain teams.
· Leverage existing Amazon connections to identify new business opportunities, relevant stakeholders, and potential projects.
· Support Amazon RFQ/RFP, procurement, pricing, contract, and new business processes.
· Monitor account revenue, volume, service performance, and profitability; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
· Coordinate with Operations, Solutions, Product, and Sales teams to resolve issues and support successful implementation of new business.
· Conduct regular business reviews and provide account updates and business development insights to management.
Qualifications
· 3 years of relevant experience in Amazon logistics, supply chain, transportation procurement, supplier management, or account management.
· Strong preference for candidates with substantial internal Amazon experience, particularly in Global Supply Chain & Transportation Procurement, Export Operations – Global Logistics, or Global Logistics Exports Supply Chain Design.
· Strong understanding of Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) and Amazon's internal procurement, logistics, and supplier management processes.
· Strong professional network and established relationships with relevant Amazon stakeholders; demonstrated ability to develop and leverage business connections.
· Experience with logistics service providers, transportation providers, 3PLs, or cross-border logistics preferred.
· Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
