We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading field operations while maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Manage daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Resolve field issues proactively and efficiently
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in construction
- Experience with commercial and/or multi-family projects preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (80–100%)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and schedules
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
