Customer Service Representative (Aerospace / Industrial)

SeyTec is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in aerospace, distribution, or industrial supply to join our Inside Sales team. This role is critical to supporting key customer accounts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements from quote to delivery.
We’re looking for someone who understands the pace, precision, and accountability required in this industry, someone who can step in, own their accounts, and keep things moving.
- Manage customer accounts and order flow from quoting through fulfillment
- Enter and track vendor quotes, proposals, and customer orders
- Proactively follow up on vendor quote requests and purchase orders
- Expedite urgent orders and resolve delivery or supply chain issues
- Monitor past due and upcoming purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Partner with Program Management to execute customer requirements and timelines
- Communicate risks, delays, and updates clearly to internal teams and customers
- Support change orders and documentation updates as needed
- Industry experience required (aerospace, fasteners, distribution, manufacturing, or similar)
- Proven background in customer service, inside sales, or account support
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and ERP/quoting systems (Pentagon experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
