Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an entry‑level, fully on‑site position supporting day‑to‑day manufacturing and warehouse operations at our San Antonio, TX facility. The ideal candidate is early in their operations career and comfortable working hands‑on in a production environment.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or operations environment
- Hands‑on exposure to production or warehouse floor operations is required.
- Experience working on‑site in a production or warehouse setting
This role is not hybrid or remote—candidates must be comfortable being on the floor daily.
- Basic experience using ERP or WMS systems
Any exposure to manufacturing or warehouse systems (ERP, WMS, inventory systems). NetSuite or similar platforms are a plus. Involvement with inventory transactions, cycle counts, physical inventory, labeling, staging, or basic process execution.
- Inventory or operational support experience
- The candidate must be inside the plant daily, be proactive to solve anything related to missing barcoded labels in inventory, be able to scan components in real time, make sure Production has tablets and scanners charged and available for daily use, etc.
- The candidate needs to be a dynamic person willing to support operations but be part of a team collaborating with the Logistics manager and the hiring manager and with the Production leaders on a daily/weekly basis to help expand Manufacturing mobile on the floor.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
