Details of the program:
- Work part-time in a dedicated training facility to hone your skills as a top-notch Advanced Manufacturing Apprentice
- The program is 3 years in duration and offers a earn-while-you-learn approach. Our apprentices work 3 eight hour shifts during the week and spend 2 days at school to earn a debt free associates degree
- Upon graduation our apprentices will earn a Journeyman certificate through the Department of Labor
- Partnered with Industry Consortium of Advanced Technical Training (ICATT), our program follows the German apprenticeship model so graduates will also receive international credentials upon completion
- Structured wage increases as our apprentices progress through the program

Work in our Maintenance department learning the following:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo system issues on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical diagrams.
- Support CNC operators and machinists by responding quickly to equipment malfunctions and production interruptions.
- Use diagnostic software, meters, gauges and precision measuring tools to identify equipment issues.
- Perform highly complex mechanical repairs on state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.
