Role Description

Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair, including Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC system issues
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and service quality
- EPA certification or equivalent required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is a plus
