Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Sewon America as a Part Manufacturing Team Member. We're seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the production of high-quality car body parts.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to assemble and manufacture car body parts according to set specifications and quality standards.
Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines rigorously to maintain a safe working environment.
Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
Assist in inventory management, including tracking materials and notifying supervisors of low stock.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in problem-solving activities.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient production.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
Basic understanding of machinery operation and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to meeting production goals.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in manufacturing settings.
