What are the responsibilities and job description for the IG Shipping/Receiving position at Seweurodrive?
Currently this position involves all aspects of the IG assembly processes including, but not limited to, unloading/loading trucks, receiving/shipping goods with SAP, putting up inventory and pulling parts.
Education: Preferred Certification or Associates Degree in Supply Chain/Warehouse Operations or equivalent experience.
Hourly Wage Range: $18-$20/Hr.
TOP most relevant SKILLS AND ABILITIES being sought for this position:
Operate safely standup and sit-down style forklifts.
Operate safely overhead cranes and associated rigging equipment.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuous interruptions.
Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner.
Basic computer skills including MS office.
Must be able to stand and move continuously during working hours.
Must be able to repetitively lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
TOP most relevant ACTUAL TASKS being sought for this position:
Unloading and loading of various types of trucks and shipping containers.
Operate material handling equipment, including but not limited to, forklifts, cranes and hoists.
Use computer to perform inventory/shipping/receiving tasks in SAP system.
Verify compliance of parts received by using shop measuring tools and available documentation.
Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with all departments to verify correct goods received and correct items are shipped.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
