Job Summary
*Please note that we are NOT looking for a high end wedding cake decorator, we need help with creating more frosted cakes and skilled but simplistic birthday cakes. Will consider home decorators per situtation.*
We are seeking a skilled Decorator to join our team. A Decorator will be responsible for collaborating with our owner/head decorator on cake designs (both pre-set and custom ordered) and executing the decorating. Although any fondant/sugar paste/gum paste/modeling chocolate experience is a huge bonus, it is not a requirement. Being a skilled buttercream decorator is a requirement. We work with Italian Meringue Buttercream, which is a lighter texture buttercream and not the standard American Buttercream. We also work with Ganache. In addition to decorated and custom cakes, the decorator will also help with overflow needs of cake assembly and small dessert creating, and making of buttercream, ganache, and fillings as needed.
