Lube Technician – Sewell Chevrolet GMC
The Great Texas Oil Change is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Lube Technician. The lube technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, lubrication, and tire rotations. To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to work in a high-volume environment, have a strong attention to detail, and work well with others. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity willing to contribute to our commitment of delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform all basic maintenance including:
- Air Filters
- Cabin Filters
- Fuel Filters
- Perform tire rotations and pressure checks
- Perform multipoint vehicle inspections
- Communicate additional service/repair needs to customers:
- Transmission
- Radiator
- Power Steering
- Differential
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Background and drug screening
- Ability to multitask
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
