Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dedicated individual to join our team at JCAPS as a Juvenile Supervision Officer for the Juvenile Intake and Assessment System (JIAS) and Intermediate Intervention Program (IIP).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience working with juveniles in a correctional, social services, or similar environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with juveniles, colleagues, and professionals
- Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Capable of working well under pressure and maintaining composure in challenging situations
- Knowledge of juvenile justice principles and best practices

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor juveniles to uphold facility rules and regulations
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for juveniles, staff, and visitors
- Perform routine checks and inspections of facilities and living areas
- Document and report incidents, observations, or concerns related to juveniles
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to juveniles when needed
