SEVN Experience & Community Lead (Popups + Permanent Jewelry)

We are looking for a SEVN Experience & Community Lead to help bring the brand to life in the real world through popups, permanent jewelry experiences, and meaningful customer connection.

About the Role

This is an experiential, community facing role for someone who understands that luxury is felt, not forced.

Working closely with the founder, you will help create the in person experience of SEVN, representing the brand at events, building relationships with customers, and helping turn moments into memories.

You’ll be the energy people remember after meeting SEVN for the first time.

Training and Permanent Jewelry

You will be trained by SEVN to learn and safely perform permanent jewelry application as part of this role. No prior permanent jewelry experience is required, but you should be excited to learn a hands on skill, work with precision, and create a comfortable experience for clients.

This role blends technical skill with customer connection, meaning you will both perform permanent jewelry and guide clients through the experience with confidence and care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and assist with popup events and permanent jewelry experiences

• Create a warm, elevated, and welcoming customer experience

• Represent the SEVN brand with confidence, care, and attention to detail

• Build community through genuine conversation and connection

• Capture light iPhone content during events photos and videos that reflect the brand experience

• Support setup, breakdown, and event flow

• Share customer insights and feedback directly with the founder

• Help drive sales through storytelling, style, and authentic interaction

Who You Are

• Naturally warm, stylish, and people oriented

• Comfortable starting conversations and making others feel at ease

• Drawn to fashion, jewelry, or luxury experiences

• Reliable, proactive, and calm in fast paced environments

• Excited by early stage brands and helping build something meaningful

• Austin based and available for weekend or evening events

Experience in retail, hospitality, events, fashion, or jewelry is a plus, but energy, presence, and alignment matter most.

Compensation

• $25 to $40 per hour depending on experience

• Opportunity to grow with the role as SEVN expands
